Our process for tech positions

Your way into the team

Interview 1

A short first meeting with our HR manager Justine.
(30 minutes)
2

Interview 2

You get to meet one of the founders of DNL or a member of the tech team. We will tell you more about DNL and you tell us more about yourself. We also have a little coding challenge for you.
(30 minutes)
3

Tech interview 1

Present us one of your own projects. Walk us through the code and show us what problems you faced and how you solved them. You will also meet the second founder of DNL and another member of the tech team.
(60 min)
4

Tech interview 2

You will get the opportunity to present your solution to the challenge, which we will assign to you before the interview.
(60 min)
5

Reference

We would like to talk to someone who worked with you, e.g. a former supervisor.
