After the upload, you have the option of making specific restrictions, such as the selection of balance sheet items. Based on this information, Notes Auditor answers some of the questions for you. Notes Auditor analyzes your document, identifies suitable answers and adds them as suggestions.

Notes Auditor provides an intuitive comparison of checklist and document to give you an optimal overview. When answering a question, you can justify your answer directly with references from the document. AI suggestions for answers to checklist questions are displayed here and all you have to do is accept them. This means you always have full control.

Simple communication with your client

If your client makes changes to the notes, you do not have to start the audit process from the beginning. Notes Auditor recognizes differences to the previous version, visualizes them and marks questions that are affected by changes. If you have suggestions for changes to your client, you can easily add and export them in Notes Auditor.
